I have seen, on a few sites, that once I start running Google adsense, I get these benefits: 1) The site gets added to search (more) quickly. 2) The site shows ranks higher in Google search.

Being and advertiser and Google makes your site rank higher than the content (by itself) would.

It makes sense because this would optimize Google's revenue.

Has anyone else seen this?

What do you you think about the implications?
