Q. Quality Back Links
My website www.SpanishTranslator.biz used to appear in the top ten results when searching in Google and Yahoo. Now, I canĀ“t even find it.
My question is, how can I get quality back links to my site? I understand these can help a lot for this matter.

I like that domain! It says what you do!
And Google really likes sites with backlinks.
But, I'm not a big fan of those "pay for back link services", so here are some other suggestions:
Mention your site on TWITTER, FACEBOOK, and MYSPACE and other social media sites. Google checks these every day, so those links help quickly.
Go to other forums (for example, answers.onstartups.com) and answer questions about translation. Be sure to include a link to your site. But don't make it look like spam.
Make sure you are registered with Google WebMaster Tools (and that you have a site.xml tool). Bing also has a similar webmaster tools site, that is VERY important.
Update your site frequently. Google likes sites with a lot of recent updates (like a blog about translation).
Do a very small amount of adwords advertising for your site. I've noticed that google gives better ranking for sites with adwords. You can remove it after a few weeks.
If you have more than one site, try linking between your sites.
Try to get your customers to recommend you from their sites (difficult).
