Anyway, I think you need to contact an attorney to do this. Maybe someone will recommend one. I have never filed a UDRP.

I've read that the average UDRP filing costs about $7,000 in legal costs (much less to file), but I can't find that reference right now.

Domain buyers must understand trademarks because registering domain names that violate trademarks can lead to losing the domain via UDRP or other legal actions. Registering a domain in bad faith with the intent to profit from a trademark owned by someone else is known as cybersquatting. Cybersquatting is a bad idea, unethical, and will often land you in a world of hurt. Don't make domainers look bad -- don't cybersquat.
