Q. How Do I know if a Domain infringes on a Trademark?
I think my trademark is being infringed upon by a domainer? How do I file UDRP? How much does it cost?

Bruce:
Do you want to be more specific about the domain in question? :)
Anyway, I think you need to contact an attorney to do this. Maybe someone will recommend one. I have never filed a UDRP.
I've read that the average UDRP filing costs about $7,000 in legal costs (much less to file), but I can't find that reference right now.

From here.
According to the USPTO, a trademark is a word, phrase, symbol or design, or a combination of words, phrases, symbols or designs, that identifies and distinguishes the source of the goods of one party from those of others.
Domain buyers must understand trademarks because registering domain names that violate trademarks can lead to losing the domain via UDRP or other legal actions. Registering a domain in bad faith with the intent to profit from a trademark owned by someone else is known as cybersquatting. Cybersquatting is a bad idea, unethical, and will often land you in a world of hurt. Don't make domainers look bad -- don't cybersquat.
